Taking Pan-American high way from Managua you get Rivas city, then to San Jorge port where you can find boats to get Moyogalpa port, the main port in Ometepe Island. Itinerary of the Ferry Ometepe 7:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tourists have the option to travel in motor boats or in the Ometepe ferry, which can transport all kind of vehicles.
